Pasquale Bruni offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to request a return or exchange for your exquisite jewelry within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original Pasquale Bruni presentation box and secure it inside the shipping carton along with the original invoice.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Verification and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
